  • An Akashic Record reading begins by setting an intention for your session. I will ask your permission to enter your Records. The Energic Laws of the Records prevent anyone accessing your records without your permission. 

    I will begin with a prayer, creating a safe and sacred container to receive loving guidance from your Record Keepers, guides and the wisdom of your Higher Self or Soul. 

    We begin by scanning your body energetically and asking your guides to direct our session. 

    We will explore the Records as you wish, with your Soul as your guide. 

    • Healing sessions, explore root causes for misalignment, past life review/regression, removing energetic blockages from your body.

    • Alignment and loving guidance on a variety of topics (relationships, money etc.), clarity on your unique Soul Blueprint, life purpose and action steps to move toward your highest timeline.

    Your session is an interactive exchange with your guides and your Soul. You can ask clarifying questions as your session progresses.  

    We will close your session when you feel complete or as guides indicate information has been transmitted fully for the session. 

  • Set an intention for your session- You can come with a few questions to ask, or come open-ended and allow your guides to lead the way to the next aligned action for your future, or anything in-between! It is advised to refrain from alcohol and substances for at least 24 hours prior to your session. Select an appointment time where you can honor yourself with a quiet and undisturbed space. Arrive to your appointment on time, bring a journal or paper for notes and some tea, water etc. Get cozy and comfortable.  

  • Experiencing the energy of the Akasha is Truth and Love. It can be emotional, enlightening, validating and empowering. It is a remembering of who you really are.

    After your session, drink plenty of fluids and be gentle with your body. Eat nourishing foods to ground and anchor your energy. It can feel similar to the effects of a massage, so give yourself time to come back to Presence.

    The information received from your Records will integrate in the days and weeks after your session. If you feel guided, take time to journal after your session. Clarity and additional information can and will flow through to your consciousness as the energy integrates.
